Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on liquid cultures, as they are sterile, perishable items. However, we stand behind the quality of our cultures.
If your item arrives damaged, contaminated, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a refund or replacement at no cost.
To request a refund, conatct us using the "contact" tab with your order number.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
We do not accept returns of opened or used cultures.
